We Had Sun!

Yes don't faint but we've actually had some sun here in Yorkshire!  Last weekend the weather was absolutely glorious so we finally unearthed the kids bikes from the shed and took them out riding. Here's my 3 enjoying the weather....
Put the stabilisers back onto Lukie's bike as it has been a year since it's been out. Darcy had to have a new bike as we discovered she's grown a lot since last year and her bike was miles too small. This is her new one, pink and white as ordered!!

But I have done some stitching in between all the usual taxi-ing around of the children and here's where I'm at on my main projects...

Cruising the Information Highway by HAED
Showing April's progress. Not as much as I'd like but you can see my little dragon starting to appear.

As it was my birthday in April DH and I went off to Bakewell in Derbyshire to visit Wye Needlecraft. The clamp for my daylight lamp had broken hence not stitching much on my HAED (1over1 on 25ct isn't wonderful on the eyes!) and Wye had an adapter for my Lowery Workstand. One visit and many pennies later and I had the attachment plus a magnetic board holder for my charts, DH put it altogether that night for me. Now I can stitch on my HAED happily with plenty of light :-)  so watch out for a new update at the end of May as I've been working quite a bit on it.

I have been working on my CITA too.
I saw your 80 days and have decided to do it. I have just ordered some fabric for it. Hope mine turns out as lovely as yours.
